2017-2018 - Contract as freelance doctor for the "Italian Variety Club" Network: Coordination of genetic analysis (Marker Assisted Selection) and data processing in the framework for seedless degree evaluation in new grape cultivars. 2012-2015 - Post-Doc research contract on the FIRB project "Study of cyclic nucleotide role in plant defence responses to biotic stresses". Genetic and proteomic analysis of model species, such as Arabidopsis thaliana and tobacco cellular line Bright Yellow-2 (TBY-2), wild-type and transgenic, in basal and stress conditions (biotic and abiotic); manipulation, cloning and expression of genes of interest; expression and purification of exogenous proteins; bioinformatic analysis of differentially expressed genes and transcription factors. Role: Partner supervisor for the identification of genes and regulatory factors involved in grape seed development and for the identification of new genetic resources useful for seedless table grapes.

Duration: 3 years.
